Beyond Time
Two Photographers. Two worlds apart.
German professional photographer Uta Suesse Krause, pairs with American avocational photographer Kersten Lorcher to present a provocative coupling of images from different centuries. Krause focuses on a 12th century World Heritage Site cloister, while Lorcher on a 20th century industrial demolition site. The clever pairing of their impressions shows the timeless parallels between these two structures. While time has added aging and decay to each artifact, the underlying beauty of their forms is still revealed.
Uta Suesse Krause
